- I have a special size request that isn’t listed on your page, can you help me?
- Yes. We can cut your glass or plastic order to your specifications. There is no extra charge for custom cuts, but you do get charged for the size glass or plastic we use to cut down from.
- I need to replacement glass for fixture from another company, can you help me?
- Yes. Our standard sizes are made to fit fixtures from Western Lighting but we can also replace glass for fixtures from Alkco, Cooper Lighting, Sure Lighting, Western Fluorscent, Alpha Enterprises Lighting, Artemis Lighting, Big Beam Emergency Systems, and All Brite just to name a few.
- I need a special lettering or phrase, can you do that?
- Yes. For small orders, we can custom make a wording or phrase for you. If you have a larger order for a special wording or phrase, we’ll make a custom screen just for your order. We keep all of our screens, so if you ever need more of this unique order down the line, we can make them for you at a lower cost. Any custom order, due to the screening and drying factor, may take anywhere from a few days to two weeks for completion.
- How long does it take to get an order?
- All of our standard glass and plastic is made in large quantities and kept in stock, meaning we can usually ship your order within the same day you place it. Custom jobs or large quantity jobs may take up to a week or more to give time for ink drying purposes.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Yes. We are very gracious when it comes to our repeat customers, and bulk orders always get a special discount of some kind. Just ask.
- Do you do logos? Can you screen a window for me? Can you put a logo or phone number on the side of a company van?
- No. None of this is what we do and our equipment is not designed for that kind of work.
